Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 10 working days prior to the conference are refundable less a $35 service charge. Cancellations within 10 days of the conference are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in MEA meetings, events, and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MEA's and paid speakers' use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities for promotional purposes.
