- Define employee involvement in developing a positive safety culture
- Recognize the steps in a safety contact and observation process

Jan Fedora has worked with the MN Safety Council for over 20 years as an Occupational Safety and Health Consultant. She has also served on the Panel of Advisors, Governor’s Awards Committee, taught at the MN Safety and Health Conference, and conducted training with companies throughout Minnesota on OSHA standards, ergonomics, bloodborne pathogens, management skills, HR issues, among others. Jan has a Business Degree from Augsburg College and a Secondary Teaching Certificate from Dakota County Technical College.
She has earned the Basic and Advanced Safety Certificates from the National Safety Council. She also is a certified instructor in CPR/First Aid/AED for the National Safety Council.
